 A little more business in March but many new SS companies

Anybody else seeing a lot of new SS companies offering mortgage closings? With new companies that I am not familiar with I quickly do a search on Notary Rotary but also on Facebook's Deadbeat Signing Companies page. Can't be to careful these days. But these new companies that I have not worked with during the past 20 years are not mentioned (either good or bad).

Just a few that I have seen in the past two days are
Serenity Signing Service
Americas Best Closers

Has anyone worked with these companies? I did not accept the job so I can't update in the future.
