Agreeing with everyone who Posted here, with the exception of the CO / CT confusion.

Attorneys smelled blood in the water because of so many mistakes and dumb blunders by alleged Notaries Public who took the bait from XYZ and other sources who offered get-rich-quick incomes for almost no work, and no real education.

First some, not all, CT newbies drove down the fees that real NSAs could legitimately demand, then the untrained, sloppy CT newbies poisoned the well for everyone except attorneys.

Some newbies are careful, competent professionals. I salute you.
