Just follow-up.
I emailed SD and asked them if something is going on since the drop-off in signings coincided with their scheduled maintenance. About two hours after the email, the notifications started rolling in again, and the calendar is filled up once more.
I dunno if it was just a coincidence, or if the system maintenance really did have anything to do with it.
