Called to do a signing this morning. Mrs borrower is pregnant. We agreed to text me their ID's in advance so I would not have to touch the real ones. I flagged all the signature places that didn't already have their names pre-printed. Left them on doorstep. I waved to them from the window. I sat in car. I had their copy of docs with me in the car. They called me 2x for simple questions. It was easy peasy. I did not come in contact with them. This is pretty much the way to go for me for the time being. And, I got to wear jeans. LOL
