Could be she is the Notary for the Attorney who drew up that agreement.... Maybe SHE didnt stamp it at all. Maybe Boss, after employees go home, went to her desk and just stamped the doc. This will be interesting to hear what Notary has to say about all this.
As for Prez, don't think it will even make a ripple for him personally -
