The order is in effect temporarily to deal with life and death threats and to stop the spread of disease. Nothing more nothing less if you can even call it less. The law is in effect to use. Self serving interpretation by SS and selfish notaries that just want to run around in the middle of a pandemic to make money, ... well just stay home be responsible or use the laws that are in place to do your work in a responsible manner.
