 Avg fee - why so few are truly invested.

I respect and admire the ones who have stuck to making it work for them.

When a TITLE CO. calls and says, "We pay such & such," NOT "What IS YOUR fee for . . ."
I know it's "trouble." And then those are the ones who want you to invest in $100k in insurance.

The "average fee" should reflect realistically the avg notarization charges + mileage + print + PROFIT/Time (min. $20/hr).
