Hi Paige ,

Yes , they knew signer changed the address and I asked to increase the fee as I knew there would be traffic but they refused . I should refuse this signing at that time but I didn't. It's red flag to me.

I know it's my bad that I didn't tell them I can't do both scan back and someday drop. But this is not the reason they refuse the payment . After negotiation on snapdocs , this company Signature Mobile Services decided my payment for this signing is 0 and they charged escrow $ 190.

I have no words with them now, except write out my bad experience with them and warn other notaries.
