Below is what they wrote to me on SNAPDOCS :

AFTER SIGNING: 1. SIGNING STATUS – Please provide signing status immediately by updating your Snapdocs order or by email to orders@signaturemobileservices.com. 2. SHIP – Drop at a staffed location & get a receipt immediately following the assignment so the package can be tracked. For next day delivery, ship by same day shipping deadline. If you are unable to make a shipping deadline, inform us immediately. If the drop is missed and we have not been notified prior, your fee will be forfeited.
Please read. This is what you agreed to when you accepted the closing. The ENTIRE FEE is supposed to be forfeited but you were still paid $25.00.
