Re: Borrower needs title insurance information

The pitfalls of attaching our card to packages. I get calls about 5 times a year regarding closings from months to years ago. I get out of that conversation ASAP and tell them to contact their title co. first(but not in this case) or lender.
As soon as I walk out the door, and drop their package, I am out of it. BBB details on the company http://www.bbb.org/us/pa/pittsburgh/profile/financial-services/united-lender-services-corp-0141-71002219/details

So like others said, if not on the HUD (back in the day) and don't have a owner's title insurance area filled out, could be there was none and just lender's policy.

Run Forest, run! They will figure it out eventually.
