I can only tell you how I would handle it. I would make a copy of the loan package for the borrower. What's the point of them having a 3 day RTC if they don't have copies of the documents to review? By the time the title company gets the copies to them their 3 days will have gone by. Be sure that the borrower gets 2 copies of the RTC. Bill the title company for copying, whatever your copy fee is. You want to appear as a professional. Passing the buck onto the title company by telling the borrower that you don't have copies for them will only make you appear unprofessional.
