Interesting. Here in FL the Buyer's agent gets the Alta at closing or mailed to them with their check. The CD does go out to the borrower prior to closing electronically, never a realtor. For a Seller packager, only the Seller's CD to the sellers. Since the new TRID rules, they changed things. For new home sales, some title companies do have a form at closing who the borrower "allows" to have a copy of the CD such as the attorney, the realtor, the lender, the HOA and they have to initial and sign that before they release that document to anyone. That is part of the lender documents and should never go to anyone but the buyer or seller. Years past we used to print an extra CD or the older HUD forms printed to hand to the Buyer's agent, but that has changed. |
