I think you need to contact an attorney for two reasons. First, as notaries, we're not allowed to give legal advice, which is what I believe you need. Second, I don't know anything about notary law in Nevada, but I suspect the notary there won't be able to do anything about it, either, at this point. That's just speculation, though. As important as this is, getting good legal advice is probably your safest way to go - from a variety of perspectives.
