Or any other "requirement" a company has; not likely to be enforced unless a violation with some obviously damaging repercussions occur. In which case, an insatiably hungry attorney would have his/her way.

I seem to recall nsa's hurdling all sorts of hoops to work with TS/Amrock- including the app which was known to have a life of its own!

Interestingly, the subject line for the OP made me First think of the Big A(ssociation) for notaries (XYZ).
Pretty soon I foresee way more involvement by them on the issue. Too many not setting professional policy; and people WILL start to take notice. How do we know? For someone to even consider showing up to meet a signer Without a Mask right now is tantamount to not wearing pants or shoes. Or bringing your kids or pets along. WHO does that!!???
