Olga,

Don't get too hung up on where you buy E&O from. You can purchased coverage right here on NotaryRotary. Just go to the Insurance and Supplies tab.

What you do not need be mindful of is the type of E&O you purchase. You may need two policies:
-Notary E&O covers you for typical, regular notary duties
-Signing Agent E&O covers you for your signing agent responsibilities

If you don't want to buy your coverage here, just call the same company who has your auto/home/renters insurance and ask them if they sell it.

My recommendation is that you purchase no less at least $100k of Notary E&O and $100k of Signing Agent E&O. Keep in mind neither one is mandatory but it is strongly recommended by industry experts.
