We're in for a wild ride, folks. We'll be looking back on the last two years as the good ole days.
Notaries who will outdistance the current state of our industry are those who have broadened their area of expertise into other disciplines. FIND A NEED AND FILL IT!
Areas, where the work is, should be explored if notaries want to stay afloat. Accounting, health care, long-term care, technology, and the construction trades, are just a few where a notary commission could come in handy.
Even UPS and FEDEX are shortening their service hours due to the slow down of package handling. That is what happens when an industry like ours stops cold. They don't need as many drivers these days.
In my area, more agricultural farms sprung up, we are experiencing a food shortage, a water and gas shortage, prices are out of control. iHouse prices continue to soar here. Supply and demand.
Time to get serious if we want to stay in the game!
