A significant portion of the excellent Analysis written by the Judicial Committee of the CA Assembly applies broadly to the entire concept of RON. I think it would be a good idea to share that analysis with other legislators who are considering legalizing RON in their state.

A link to that is in Matt's first post in the previous thread on this topic still on this page (as of the moment, at least... Wink) It's wonderful to have someone with the appropriate expertise and resources pull all this together for us, with great examples & proper citations, so let's spread it around!
