Sounds like CA box went by local ground service. According to website, there is no Saturday pickup for ground service. 5 PM Saturday pickup is only for express service.

Hawaii envelope went by express service thru the normal FedEx world hub in Memphis. Priority Overnight service should be delivered in one business day. 2Day service takes another day.

Destination Kailua-Kona is on the Big Island Hawaii where lava from Kilauea volcano has destroyed 700 homes in the last month. Volcanic ash may be disrupting air travel and lava may be causing local delivery delays. Aloha!
