Another FL issue is that because we are 65 and older people from other states are taking their C19 vaccinations here because they can't in their states.
Some are snowbirds, some are simply coming in from other states "visiting" who are not prioritizing their seniors. It's a shame when our year-round Florida elders who have to wait in lines overnight, websites crashing from too many trying to get their appointments and not enough to go around when others are taking the space who do not even live here. Just what I heard is happening.
The VA in lake Nona has been taking good care of the vets here however and everyone getting in who's a vet. |
