I too prefer Fedex over UPS when having to send documents back. You can drop off at night, Sundays or whenever at Fedex locations and get a receipt. UPS stores usually close by 6 or 6:30. The only problem with Fedex is when you have to stand in line behind someone who needs to fill out forms, have the item packaged for them, choose between pricing options, etc. That can take forever (there must be a way for Fedex to speed up that process). Often times though, the Fedex person behind the counter will see that I just have a package to be dropped off and need a receipt, so they'll let me go ahead of someone who is going to take some time to get processed. Also, a lot of the Fedex employees know me by now, since I'm there so often.
