Re: For seniors, if any of you are on social sec, how do you

how many of you seniors are incorporated? I am 54, but on Disability. All my ss do not pay ME, they pay my corporation (all checks made out in corporate name.) Yes, I pay taxes on that, but here in Nevada, it is very corporate friendly. As far as MY income, I MADE ZERO last year because all 1099's reflect my corporation. When I sign up with a SS or a lender direct, I give them my corporate name, the corporate EIN (Not My SSAN) and advise them to make the check out to "the signing doc Inc" (not the real name). IF I get any income under my own name, then I simply spend the same amount in marketing etc to reflect zero net income. Therefore, I don't Have to worry about what Uncle Sugar says I can make...(i'm also disabled under the USPS and can only make 79% of my previous income, before I'm in danger of losing my disability from them)...(although with my ex getting HALF, (she got the gold mine...I got the shaft!)...i don't really care if i lose it)...

Just a thought that maybe you should look into incorporation. Take care y'all
