Sounds like an interesting situation. Let us know how it works out. Just a couple of additional thoughts (which may be obvious, but just in case...), if you decide this is a valid request.

First, as stated at the beginning of the quote above, make sure you have a *written request* that includes all the requirements listed. Second, be sure to securely cover over all other data, if any, on that journal page that doesn't apply to the situation in question. Just taping paper over it could be sufficient.

Finally, don't be afraid to ask lots of questions in advance so you can be sure you have a full understanding of the scope of work and how much time will be involved. If they can't give you specific answers, you could give them a rate with some variables, e.g. $XX for travel, printing, etc. (or $XXX, as appropriate), plus $XX/hr for time spent. You may want to set a time minimum, or include the first hour (or half hour) in a flat fee, with a rate for time at such and such increments in excess of that. Of course, this may mean negotiating with the lawyer. Whatever you come up with, you can be sure your fee will probably pale in comparison to what he charges, so don't undervalue yourself or your time...
