Good afternoon, I did notary, signing agent and title work from 200-2015. During the peak i was getting 150-200 a closing and doing 10-20 a week. By 2015 there was a lot of 65 and under offers. That is when i left the business. I find myself with extra time and having extra time during the evening. How is business and what is the going rate for a closing now ? Thank you
