Take your 15 years mortgage experience and stick with it. Every state has its basic offered rates, so who knows what offers where you are, but I do know mortgage brokers are making a killing. Rates offered for closings have gone down, not up. If you think this is a PT evening job for something to do, forget it, it's not. You need to be there for 8+ hours a day and work when they want you and get on their call list. Being not too flexible doesn't get you where you want to be in their eyes, especially with the better companies. jmo.
