This isn't an answer to your problem but you can use alcohol and a cotton ball to clean/sanitize the keyboard on your laptop (and screen if your laptop has a touch screen) and your phone or any electronic device that would be ruined by any liquid. As for any touch screen, I discovered that I can use my iPhone wearing those thin rubber gloves. You might check out how your equipment works using gloves.
