Sometimes they say TBD and yet want it scanned back and/or dropped the same day...and those I pass on. They can't have it both ways, and they will try to. If they need that, they have to have the time set and the time has to allow for all of that. You have to be one step ahead of these guys.
I learned a long time ago my fees do not include added stress to accommodate their needs when they don't take mine into consideration trying to work miracles for them.
