I would say ok to fixing your error. After all you did make the mistake. However, I would let them know that if they wanted the new document witnessed by you, it would cost them. Like you said, why should you fix their error for them too and free to boot!! Do make sure the other was an error on your part and not on theirs. Some companies like to say that things were your error when they actually weren't just to get you to fix it for free. Double check and if it was your error, mark it down as a learning experience and correct it. As far as the other document, come up with a fee to charge for that document and fixing their error.
