know what I'm doing. What they don't want is a hap-hazard return of docs.
I've heard borrowers tell me that they've had people before that were "shuffling papers" at the signing. My signings are as smooth as they could possible get. ;-)
Yes, the CD now contains the payment amt., but that didn't use to be the case. It also doesn't say when the first payment is due.
I do what works for me & am not advising anyone else to do it.
