I’m in a wheelchair - tips on logistics?
Posted by M_OH_RON on 5/14/22 3:13pm

I recently had a COVID-related amputation. I’m down to 1 leg and confined to a wheelchair for a few months until I’m able to be fitted for a prosthetic. How would it be viewed if, when receiving calls from title companies to do signings, I asked if the signing is in a location that requires the ascent of any stairs?

If this is frowned-upon, as a secondary question, is it improper to ask the scheduler if the borrower(s) would be willing to have the signing at an alternate location that’s wheelchair-accessible or only has 1-2 steps?
