 I Do Not Believe New York Is An Attorney Only State . . .

. . . and the reason I say this is . . . there is a notary over in the facebook groups who lives in Manhattan and does a lot of closings all over that area and he is not an attorney. I cannot think of his name at the moment, but if I do, I will come back over and let you know.
