I generally call to let the client(s) know I'm going to be on time or a smidgen early and I'll hear one of the following...
1) You'll probably get there before us, as we're stuck on the 101 in gridlock; 2) Just leaving work. See you soon. Or, my husband's on his way. 3) We're here, no worries, we're in all night. 4) Whenever you get here is fine.
I don't generally get any where 15 minutes early. I have clients say, "you're here right on time," and I say, "that's my job." |
