You can tell them their monthly payment right off the CD? Why find the payment letter? I go over all that right from the start with the escrow portion. Most title companies HATE that you change their order, and I have gotten an email from a title company about 2 years ago who sends about 8 attachments in their closing docs email, and I didn't print them in the order they liked, and heard about it. They forget that because they may attach the file a certain way does not guarantee it shows in the same order on my end. Solution, quit sending so many small attachments. lol
Now...if they want scan backs for funding docs, that changes everything. I pull all those docs aside and clip and we do those first. Part 2 is the rest of the package, and those I leave in 2 separate stacks when sending back.
I never had any emails coming to me about doing it like that.
