Wow. Interesting places! You could make a movie about it too. This job does require a lot of flexibility however I prefer a civilized setting with a table and chairs Wink I'll add some of the places I've been to for signings to the list.

Concrete steps of an apartment building
Home in a subdivision that was once part of George Washington's Mount Vernon farmland
A historic haunted house where the borrowers told me a spirit was in the upstairs hallway!
Too many Starbucks to count
An Olive Garden
McDonalds
Chick fil a
Panera Bread
Hooters
Schools
Sheriff's office
Luxury high rise condos
Gated golf course communities
Mall food courts
Hotel rooms, lobbies, and breakfast areas
Homes where there was only a fold up table or coffee table to sign on
Auto mechanic's office
Dance studio while borrower's kids were at class
Libraries
Government and cybersecurity buildings where I have to present id @ be escorted through the hallways

I'm sure there's other places I'm forgetting but it sure does keep the job interesting!
