I agree with you both. My degree in Education happens to be irrelevant to loan signing, except for the graduate level course in "Discipline" for children, perhaps. Wink (Some of the stuff I learned there has come in pretty handy when dealing with borrowers, schedulers, etc...)

More relevant, of course, are all the years of experience and acquired knowledge, but I think Di handled it perfectly, connecting with what matters to him. Wink And just because he's highly educated in one area doesn't mean he's an expert at everything else. [I wonder if he would say the same thing to a plumber...]
