encountered are not using an attorney to draw up documents for them. I do remember to point out to them that the POA is only good while the person is alive. Again, I'm not advising them, preparing documents, etc., which would be UPL.
I always tell them the disclaimer "As a Notary, I'm not able to provide legal or financial advise".
