I agree with LD on this one. Since the RTC falls under federal regulations, I believe lenders expect us to make sure their documents are compliant with those regulations when it comes to rescission docs. In fact, I've often seen instructions explicitly state as much. This is something we do, not with our notary hat on, but with our Signing Agent (or whatever title you use) hat.
