All I can say is they sat at their dining room table which I could see from outside. Granted, I did not stand at the window and watch them sign each doc, mainly because it was cold outside, but I have no question at all that they didn't sign them. I had everything filled out except my signature and stamp and I did that in the car afterwards. I'm not saying I'm going to do more like this, but being the fact that she was pregnant, I felt I wanted to help them without any contact from me. I'm not letting anyone in my home at the moment either, except my daughter and grandson.
