whole package on the closing that I had to go back to and have the package resigned. Some companies ask for the notary to print our name under OUR signature when we sign in our block. Well this notary printed her name under all the signatures of the 2 borrowers. There was a bullet in the instructions to print our name under the signature line. The bullet was under the instructions for the notary to make sure our seal was legible, etc..The instructions were clear. The borrowers said that the closing with the first notary took 2 hours and that she did not even explain the documents. |
