Yes, I did have a complaint last week, The borrowers complained that the notary that they had first time around, could not explain a thing, also she could barely speak English, as she was from Asian descent. She just, pointed where they were to sign. We had to re-sign as there were documents missing in the package, plus the trust was not notarized. Wow, Who is accepting these jobs? Friends, or family of the LO? Escrow was mad.
