As a seasoned notary of 47 years and a mobile notary for 24 years, I would not have sat at a table with an uncontained rat. I don't care how clean they are, how it is trained, etc., it would not have happened. She would have put it in another room or a cage away from the table or she would not have gotten a loan that day. Period.
Had one last week where he started to explain through the storm door that I can pet the big dog but don't reach down towards the little one or it will 'nip' me. Guess what happened? Both dogs were put in the yard before I entered the house. They weren't happy with me and I wasn't happy with them but the got their loan and I am sure the dogs were no worse off being in that nice fenced yard on a warm sunny afternoon. |
