 I see this scenario monthly--not affiliated--shopping around

Mostly with same day signings that for some reason they think are going to be difficult to find a notary.
Fees offered are all over the place. Have even seen 3 companies scrambling. May the highest offer win!
(Tho' I've also seen my accepted counter be cancelled cuz another co. found a cheaper notary.) Fun & games with the platforms. Frown
