As Janet and Marilyn, I'd question it as well. No need to make a big scene. Just let 'em know you know. 
However … there may be another possibility/scenario. I noticed OP is date/time stamped 1/15/2020 at 1:09 am. OP is in CA. NR is in IA and always date/time stamps in IA Central Time Zone time. So, the date/time stamp for that post is Central Time and it was 11:09pm in CA. Now the other possibility: Could it be that lender and broker/notary are on the East Coast (Eastern Time Zone)? Could it be that docs were notarized on 1/15/2020 at 12:30am -- which would make it 9:30pm in CA on 1/14/2020? Not saying this is what happened; just saying there's that possibility. Guess it would help to know when escrow received docs from lender to forward to notary.
