A loan modification is not a debt settlement. Please do not get them confused and not even in the same ballpark.
A loan modification is resetting your mortgage if behind to prevent foreclosure, a debt settlement is with your CC and debts.
We are not trained in debt settlements and cannot represent or show any presentation in debt settlements. If you decide to do these, proceed at your own risk.
We can do loan modifications all day long. I haven't seen any in years however and usually from their mortgage company.
