WTH?? Quarantine means no one goes near, in, or around that person for 2 weeks or until they get a neg. test back, and I'd want to see the papers first knowing they tested positive, then meet outside. WOW, I am really shocked they asked you, but glad they told you ahead of time.
If they didn't think you would, why did they even ask then? This should have been put on hold immediately IMO, and probably the reason the 1st notary declined and made up a story to you about late docs.
This is proof they don't really care about us, it's getting the job done and up to us to see how far we go. Shame on them for asking you to risk your life and those around you.
