the largest online/refi lender in the USA was calling notaries a few months back to join their database,( per comments on this forum) I've been with them many years since 2008 when they were the old TS. Did they over establish notaries for their database? What happens when Ca notaries are good to go, get the green light for RON? Anyway, yes, we are in a downward spiral right now, but what goes must come down.
