You can also judge their mental state while talking with them before pulling out the docs. If they begin asking the same question(s) over and over in a short period of time, then they should not be allowed to sign docs. I have several friends and family who had/have Dementia and/or Alzheimer’s, and I go to the Memory Care Center weekly, and after years of research, I think I am more than qualified to judge a person’s mental state.

This will be a signing that will take patience and caring on your part, but you will more than likely walk away with a sense of pride and a job well done.
