Ran into a similar situation with Inspire last week. Never had an issue with them before then. My situation little different - Had an appointment scheduled for 7 PM last Monday (received docs well in time). Went to appointment only for the door to be answered by someone saying "you're here for the closing aren't you? My husband called this morning - he had to go out of town so we're having to reschedule". Ok, so I printed docs, got a sitter, and travelled 1/2 hour one-way to a signing that was rescheduled and no notice. After talking with Inspire, they agreed to pay me a $25 print and travel fee (gee thanks hardly recoup my costs!). Next day, I get email indicating that appointment was rescheduled for this Monday and asked if I was available. Next morning when I responded - I received a message indicating that it had already been assigned to another!! I have since contacted them asking them to remove me from their vendor list. I too have a pretty full schedule and like someone else indicated, I live in a very rural area (hills of Kentucky - 18 miles will take a good half hour to get there due to terrain). |
