I noticed in FL it's mostly the cash closings. Seller packages here still need the 2nd live witness for our deeds, and they have been keeping me very busy. Probably 50% of my closings recently are seller's sides.
I agree with Negrete, I don't think much to worry about for a long time in mainstream loan signings.
