 It's a scam

Well, the offers I received about 4 x a week for almost 6 months were $175-$200 refis. then you agree and get pitched on "His only members and graduates of that class will be considered" schpeel. Then why the heck bother with me? He has his private inventory and those notaries are waiting for those $175.00 closings that took the class and signed up just because of his higher offeres. It's a shaft to me wasting my time and more a shaft to those who paid NOT getting those supposed closings now.
It's all a smokescreen to make those NOT in his class feel like they are missing out and the NSA's who paid and waiting for closings aren't getting anything.
Typical when you pay for work...it doesn't work. jmo
