That Nut can rant and rave all he wants against any of us (when he threatens one of us - he threatens all of us), but when I've been jilted at payment time by these SS Creeps, I have contacted their hiring Companies, Title, Escrow, Mtg Broker, even Attorneys, to apprise them that they are ultimately responsible under the US Lenders Act. SS have no status, no license, no credentials. They are merely a scheduling arm for the Contracting Company and nothing more. Had to do this 4 or 5 times in 14 years and guess what - I always got paid. Remember guys, we are the ones who have the credentials which makes it possible for these vermin to be in business. I know its hard, but you are really better off making friends with your local escrow and lenders, attorneys in town than doing work for any SS. |
